Fibre uses fixed-line fibre optic cables for ultra-fast, stable internet with speeds up to 1Gbps. LTE uses cellular towers via a SIM-enabled router, making it ideal for areas without fibre coverage or as a backup connection.
Installation typically takes 1–2 weeks from order placement. Once the line is installed, activation takes up to 5 days. If you already have fibre installed at your premises, activation can happen within 24 hours.
Yes, all our Home Fibre packages are uncapped, unshaped, and unthrottled. There are no usage thresholds or speed limits based on how much data you use.
Yes, you can use your own compatible fibre router. However, we recommend our free WiFi router for the best performance and support experience. A R249 delivery fee applies if you take our router.
We support 20 fibre network providers including Vuma, Frogfoot, OpenServe, Octotel, MTN Fibre, and more. You can choose the provider with the best coverage and pricing in your area.
All our Home Fibre packages are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with one full calendar month’s notice.
Most providers offer free installation as part of our promotion. However, some providers charge installation fees: TT Connect, Netstream, Link Africa, Lightstruck, Comtel, OpenFibre, Thinkspeed, MTN Fibre, and Fibre Suburb charge R1,497. Mitsol and DNAtel charge R997. These fees are clearly shown on each package.
We will invoice you as soon as your fibre line becomes active. No upfront payment is required when you submit your application. Your first invoice will include a pro-rata amount from the activation date to the end of the month, plus the next full month in advance.
