LTE (4G) offers wide coverage and stable speeds suitable for most browsing and streaming. 5G is the newer standard offering significantly faster speeds and lower latency, but its availability is currently limited to specific coverage zones in major metros.
Uncapped means you never run out of data; however, a Fair Usage Policy applies. You get a specific high-speed allocation based on your package. Once you exceed this, the speed is reduced to a “basic” level to ensure fair network sharing for the rest of the month.
Network congestion occurs when many users in your area are online simultaneously, typically between 6 PM and 10 PM. This can temporarily affect speeds for all wireless users, even on uncapped plans.
You can only use an approved LTE/5G router with your Lebzology SIM. Using unapproved routers may result in poor performance, dropped connections, or service suspension.
All our home LTE packages are SIM-only and do not include a router. You can purchase an approved router as a once-off add-on during checkout.
LTE is plug-and-play. Once your SIM is activated and your router is delivered (or purchased), you can be online within minutes. No technician visit required.
Our FUP applies a two-stage approach: Peak Time Shaping during busy hours (typically 6pm–10pm) where heavy usage activities may be deprioritised. Monthly Threshold — once exceeded, your speed is reduced for the remainder of the month. Full speed resets on the 1st of each month.
If your router and the mobile tower have backup power, you may stay online, but performance can vary. A small UPS for your router is recommended for consistent uptime.
