1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Lebzology website (“the Site”), including any services, content, or e-commerce functionality, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These terms apply specifically to website usage. Separate Service Schedules and Master Terms & Conditions govern service agreements for fibre, LTE, hosting, or other products.

2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically.

3. PRODUCT & SERVICE INFORMATION

3.1 Availability

All products, services, and prices displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price at the time of order applies.

3.3 Speed Claims

Advertised speeds (e.g., “up to 100Mbps”) are maximum theoretical speeds. Actual speeds vary based on network congestion, your equipment, distance from the exchange/tower, and other factors beyond our control.

4. WEBSITE E-COMMERCE TERMS (Online Store)

4.1 Orders

  • Placing a product in your cart does not reserve it.
  • An order is only confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud).

4.2 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

4.3 Returns & Refunds

  • Devices may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used devices are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Defective devices are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms (12 months).

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our website, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or systems

12.3 Jurisdiction

You consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court in Cape Town for any proceedings arising from these Terms.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lebzology regarding your use of the website.
